I am 4 feet 8" tall and i weigh around 106-110 am i too fat? what should my weight be?
PS. Please; if u have tips on how to get a flat stomach in a month or less please tell me.

First of all, you are not fat. You are beautiful just the way you are. To answer your other question. DO NOT STOP EATING!! It will have the reverse effect on you and you will not lose the right weight. You may lose pounds but you will look so much worse. Your body is set up for famine mode when you stop eating and stores EVERYTHING as fat. Then, it burns off muscle because it is a better source of energy than fat. Eat 6 times a day (small meals) and drink plenty of water. Try and get a gallon down each day. For exercise, cardio, cardio, and then more cardio. You will be flashin your 6 pack in no time!

The Pimp Slapper is right, if you stop eating it will have the reverse effect. And as far as stomach flab... if you've seen the tv commercial about the stress hormone cortisol... that is true. Stress causes your body to produce cortisol which then turns to belly fat, which you can not 'diet' off of yourself. I am 6 ft, between 123 - 136lbs which is yes very very skinny at the low end but I've been under some of the worse stress ever lately and I've developed a roll around the middle! And that is the exact reason I've checked into the same thing you asked.

So..... diet, fat intake & exercise all matter but cortisol will give ya trouble too. If youre stressing out, try to relax.:)

ur a little bit fat
im 12 yrs old
4" 10
97 lbs
and im pretty normal *im not skinny * my stomach is not flat
but if you want a flat stomach, you should devote yourself to do doing sit ups every day
* a common mistake with sit ups is that people use their backs to lift themselves up and not their stomach(abs). So make sure you are squeezing your abs as you 'sit up' so that you are doing it correctly and effectively
Do 3 sets of 20 sit ups a day to start out
as you get better (maybe every week) start doing longer sets with more repetitions
that should get you the stomach you want.

Really all depends on your bone structure. If you are small or big boned it makes quite a difference. Your doctor should be able to show you a diagram of other people your height/weight/bone structure/age and see what percentile you are in. Maybe try the link that i included:

Well first of all you should not try to lose weight to quick, that can be very unhealthy. You would go to dadamo.com and figure out what your blood type is and eat what it says is good for you.
That is a healthy way to lose weight
You should also exercise every day, but do not go to hard on yourself when exercising.

My girlfriend is 5 feet and 100 lbs.

you should weigh about 85-112 pounds, so you're fine

i think ur a little over weight u should weigh about 70-90 pounds!! u can watch wat u eat an exersize more!! good luck!!
