See your family medicine doctor for treatment...sometimes its genetic, if someone in your family has it...usually its on the knees and elbows...might not be psoriasis...it should look scaly on a silvery-white surface..but your doctor will be able to help you.

Two things to consider. 1, Aspartame can cause Skin Problems due to the Formaldehyde released from it when ingested so cut out anything containing it. and 2, Consider drinking Aloe Vera Juice.

Often it's stress related.
Do the usual checks though, have you changed your soap, washing powder, body spray, moisteriser etc.
See a doctor.

my mum got this and it turned out to be an allergy to almonds both eaten and in beauty products. see a dermatologist.
