They are called pet shops and they buy from puppy mills!!!!! You do not sound like you want to get a puppy from a good breeder, and sound like you are not sure what kind of puppy you want. Pug to a Husky is quite a leap!!!!!!!!
Do a little research before you commit to a puppy.....they can live a long time.
You want to breed a Pug and a Husky to each other??????????
Please tell us that you are not planning on doing something that stupid!!!!!!!

The Humane Society and the ASPCA come to mind first. The Animal Rescue League also comes to mind. As to the specifice breeds, there are always rescue groups for specific breeds. Plug in Pug rescue or Husky rescue into your search engine and see what comes up. You can use the same method to find out about reputable breeders across the country.

Pug Dog Club Of America list of Breeders
http://www.pugs.org/indexbreeder.htm
Husky Club Of America Breeder list
http://www.shca.org/shcahp4f.htm
Or Any other pure bred dog, Just type in that breed club.
Don't buy from a pet store, news paper or just any website off the net, most are puppy-millers and back yard breeders. No reputable breeder advertises in that way.
WARNING
Remember please that Pet Stores are regulated by the government and can only buy puppies from brokers and or USDA breeders. USDA breeders are puppy-mills that sell litters to brokers who in turn sell them to pet stores.

It all depends upon where you live.
A good site to go to is
http://www.petfinder.org/
this is a national organization...
You might also try:
http://puppydogweb.com/breeders/pug.htm
this page lists breeders by state for just pug puppies
This page also has a ton of puppies for sale:
http://www.puppyfind.com/
hope that helps, you might want to check the classified section of your local paper for local breeders in your area

Just make sure you do not buy from a pet store. Big no no. They get their dogs from puppy mills. Just look in the newspapers and you should be able to find pups for sale.

No, actually, from a previous question, this person is looking to breed these dogs together... Yes, to each other. They want two random breeds of dog to breed to each other.
