I've never had a cat!!

I have both a dog and a cat. Let's just say that I would rather clean out a litter box every three days than pick up dog poo three times a day. Unfortunately, I do both.

It always amazes me when I see something like this.
Cats don't need baths, so they don't smell horrible like dogs, they use a litter box, which takes but a minute to clean out. Everything else, like using the carpet as a bathroom, can be a problem also attributed to dogs...infact that problem is far more prevalent in dogs than cats.
So, what exactly are the reasons cats are disgusting again?

you must have had a bad experience with cats at one time...like dogs some cats are disgusting but in my experience they are loving animals who are nearly as dependent as dogs or other animals. i like their independent natures, they can take care of themselves, they never need a bath and don't smell like dogs do they also have incredible imaginations which is in part why some are so skiddish. my cats are very laid back, my son owns a vw van like the ones from the '60 and one cat rides with him where he goes and loves hanging around watching him work on his cars. don't get me wrong i love dogs too but i prefer cats. if you have a friend who has a cat that you like get to know it but remember they can tell if you don't like them and they will avoid you.

cats are far from disgusting, it is the owner that makes any animal disgusting by neglecting to care for them properly! cats can be a person's best friend, it all depends on how they are treated and raised!

Cats are not disgusting.
They are much cleaner then dogs.
They are quieter, and the are more people friendly in general.
You don't hear about cats attacking people as often as you hear about dog attacks.
Dogs are not even smart enough to disregard their own feces.

cat think most people are disgusting also, but easier to live around them than to fight.
nothing wrong with disliking a cat but don't make up lies to to justify your point, as most cat haters do

NO... I can not see cats' are disgusting... they are sweet, independant animals who don't need to suck up to people to be happy.
I'm not a 'Dog' person, but I don't see them as being disgusting.

dude, shut the **** up!!! Cats are beautiful and intelligent creatures. They are cuddly and playful and they love to love you. You are a naive idiot if you think cats are disgusting!!!!! Cats are actually the cleanest creatures next to the dogs!!!!So shut the **** up and you better think twice if you say cats are disgusting!!!

Cats are really cool animals if treated right and raised with love. I and my wife had one particular cat for 14 years and we both cried like babies when the vet had to finally put her to sleep. All animals respond to love and care. God put cats and dogs on earth for our enjoyment-companionship and love.Cats can be trained to fetch-hunt-play and protect their human care givers-just like dogs!!!!!
