Ive been talkin 2 this guy for 3yrs..and he just now tells me he has feelings for my best friend. That they've been talking on the down low for about a year. he also says that on my b-day last year, the reason he was late to our dinner date was because he was with her...My best friend also always tells me that he is no good...but I never listen...and she hasn't told me about anything they've done....So who should I be mad at, and cut off? What should I do??

Sounds like to me she is not your best friend. A real friend would have told you what was going on from the start. Real friends look out for one another, not lie to each other. Personally, I would distance myself from her. How can you be friends with someone you can't trust? It just doesn't work.
As for the guy, well you have to respect at the fact that he was man enough to tell you the truth, because your "best friend" sure wasn't goin to. Its okay to be mad at him and to distance yourself from him, but at the same time you're going to have to come to terms with the situation and move on.

both of them they have both proved to be very disrespectful people 1. your so called boyfreind cant really careabout you if hes gong aroud hitting on other wemon till this day i will not no why guys consider you there girl freind but goaround checking out other wemon behind your back i mean if you start arelationship with somebody arent you supposed to like relly care about them most guysthese days care only for the a$$ and boobs. 2. someone thats going around messing with your man is no freind freinds are supposed to stick up for eachother nomatter whatditch both of them they are both extremly unloyal people you deserve a man that will treat you right and not creap behind your back you deserve freinds that will be loyal to you aswell.
