I love a ground turkey patty recipe with cranberry sauce by Rachael Ray---midnight turkey patties or something from one of her first books. Turkey is dry and needs moistening because it isn't as fatty as ground beef. Try tasteofhome.com's recipe finder and type in ground turkey to get recipes suited for that primary ingredient

You can use ground turkey in just about any recipe you want that has hamburger meat in. Just substitute the hamburger for the ground turkey.

You could make meatloaf out of it,substituting turkey for the ground beef!! Yum Yum!!! You could fry the turkey up like hamburger-in bacon grease!
