1) On your stomach
2) On your back
3) On your side

I feel most comfortable sleeping on my stomach even though I have to turn my head. Women's Prevention magazine said that one should sleep on their back and avoid sleeping on their side because sleeping on the side smushes ur face and causes wrinkles. However, sleeping on ur back is most uncomfortable. What do you think?

Sleeping on my back hurts. If I roll over on it during the night, I wake up in pain. I usually sleep on my right side, but when I'm really tired, I just lay on my stomach and I'm out like a light. Honestly, I don't really care about wrinkles, you'll get them anyway when you get older. They mean you lived your life.

On your back, I think it is more comfortable, it's like they way your are standing, body straight. On the left side, the liver would be dangling, as you know it is the biggest organ in the body, that is no good for it and the heart will be bearing the burden (I read that somewhere) besides shoulders will be closer together which will hurt more if you are a computer working person with so much neck pain.

It's a personal preference, but I almost always sleep on my stomach. By the end of the day, by back and hips are usually hurting. Sleeping on my stomach alleviates pressure to both those areas.

I sleep on my stomach and my side. When I was little I used to sleep on my back, but I could never do that now!

from what i've researched over time, it's really just a preference thing based on your personality.

however, i have also learned that sleeping on your left side allows for the best circulation during your sleep... somehow that matters more to me than wrinkles

I sleep on my back in a little nest of pillows. It's good for spine support and I don't wake up during the night to change positions!
