drink more water (the more you drink the less your body has to store)
avoid soda (all soda even diet)
avoid as much salt as possible

DO NOT TAKE "WATER PILLS" DIURETICS ARE BAD FOR YOU!

Drink lots of water. You excrete a little more than you take in. You should drink half your body weight in ounces of water each day.
