No time? Time management is an art form in itself. I'm not very good at it either, but here's a few ideas.
1. Get up earlier.
2. If you are doing serious sport you really must have rest periods. ie. a day when you don't exercise in order to allow muscles to heal. If not you should consider it. You can really burn out if not careful.
3. Set aside 20 minutes a day for Power Napping, doesn't matter when. Set the alarm get horizontal and switch off. You soon teach yourself to 'nap' and feel re-energised immediately. More than 20 Min's has an adverse effect as your sleep pattern gets too deep and you feel groggy instead of energised.
4. If it's all getting too much and not fun, learn to say NO. Even to yourself.
Hope that helps. Have fun.....

I am exactly the same except I am always busy with work, the gym, and on the weekends either helping others or tending with kids. I suggest try allowing a certian amount of time for each activity and take breaks in between so it won't feel like you have been doing nothing but run run run. Try getting up early on the weekends and doing some fun such as camping, vacation, movies, dinner or shopping to easy your mind of how busy you are.

Prioritize! Get a weekly calender where you can put down all your activities, and see where you have free time you can use to your advantage. And if you're always too busy, maybe you should cut down on your least favorite sports. Good luck!

Maybe you need to reduce the amount of time you spend on sports? For example, saying to yourself you will set allocated days for sports and the remainder on other things.

cut down on sports, tell some coaches that you need some time to catch up with life or with other things. They should understand.
