Sorry to pop your Bubble, but there is no such thing in this side of eternity. Happiness is a temporary state of mind depending on events in your life. What I recommend that you do is LIVE AN INTENTIONAL LIFE instead of a passive, according-to-luck lifestyle that all the "victims" of this society seem to embrace. You accomplish this by doing four things: 1) Educate yourself so that you may have the kind of money that will afford you the lifestyle that you want. 2) Stay away from women who are uneducated, unambitious, and who have children from "other" relationships; that shows irresponsibility and gold-digging intentions. Your "partner" in life MUST be an asset financially, physically, and intellectually. 3) Never step on those less fortunate. God allows people to succeed in order to be a blessing and not simply fat cats. Remember, however, that your first financial responsibility is your own home. 4) Never have children too early in your MARRIAGE relationship or you will ruin it! I suggest that you wait about two years so that you may take the time to work out any differences of opinion and get to know the love of your life well. A mature home is where children grow up to be successful, yeah, like mom and dad.
Above all, don't forget God. He made you and has a plan for your life. Read the Bible and attend a good Church.
Mr. M on happy always.

It's not healthy to be happy all the time. That's stunting the capabilities of human emotion. If you were happy all the time you wouldn't be a human you would be a gameshow host. It's okay be sad or angry or depressed or bored. That's all normal. But if you only feel one emotion all the times than that's not good either. We're not able to feel all this just so we can pick the best one and shut the rest in the closet. tell yourself it's okay to feel something else for a change.

It is unreasonable to expect yourself to be happy always. I can tell you to do things you enjoy and try to smile in the face of adversity, but the simple fact is that you will not always be happy. The important thing is how you deal with those other emotions when they come. Do you cope with them and work your way through them, or do you let them overwhelm you? The better you handle those challlenging emotions, the happier and calmer you will find yourself to be overall. I hope I have helped a little.

make sure you love your job, friends, and neighbors. Have everything you need, or at least work towards the goals to get what you need. Love yourself. Take life a minute at a time. Connect with your smiles and your brain will release chemicals that recognize you are happy.

Do things for others. Keep active. Don't be so wrapped up in your own feelings. It is selfishness that makes people depressed. If you put your energy into helping others instead of worrying about yourself you will be happy.
