A slight hair cut (just a trim) can take some weight off the hair and re-liven your perm...Also if you like layered cuts, that will also help...I hope you have good luck with what ever you choose to do.

I had a perm last year.. My first ever... I had the same problem... First off go get it trimmed if you haven't already.. That actually makes a load of difference...
Then make sure to use a shampoo and conditioner thats for permed hair...I also used infusium 23 leave in cond. since my hair was a little fried...
I would then use John friedas Dream Curls on my hair....Then maybe a spray gel... I used Suave spray gel but i know how most people feel about it... It worked great for me though... When you use those products make sure to scrunch it a little while you spray it on... Thats helps them be more bouncier... Also bend your head over and shake...
Also try not to blowdry your hair.. That makes it worse... And not just on perms and type of hair... If you just wanna blowdry then get a diffusser put on it.. That will help a lot...And like i said earlier...Keep it trimmed...
Well i hope this help ya.....
