can someone give me some tips? also i left my board in my car and it got a very big bump what should i do?

The bump in your board is from the heat. Never leave your board in a hot car or in direct sunlight (e.g. to dry it). Make sure you dry your board thoroughly with a towel so that there is no excess water (this can cause what is called 'de-lamination' - you dont want that).

I would advise that you probably need a new board (depending on the extent of the bubble).

Bacis tip would be to not 'bus drive' the wave. Make sure you ride the 'across/with' the wave section that i not breaking (i.e. away from the break). Once you are comfortable with this, then you can think about doing some tricks.

BTW, body boarding is the correct term. Note to noob above: you have no idea....

Yeah, I would get a new board too. Body Boarding is no board, isn't it? Maybe you mean boogie boarding?

just buy a new board...and why dont you try to learn how to surf....surfings way better!!!
