You'll need to be more specific about what the bumps look like and where they are. One very common skin problem is keratosis pilaris (KP), which causes red patches of bumpy skin. I have it on my arms and thighs, which are common places to have it. KP affects over 50% of people and is harmless, although it doesn't look very nice. Often it shows up in children and some people do outgrow it, but many do not and there's no known cure for it. If that's what your baby has, then it's completely harmless. A doctor should be able to tell you if that's what it is.

It could be a few different things. It could be eczema, heat rash, baby pimples or maybe just something she/he ate. Keep an eye out on it, if it gets worse consult your doctor. Most likely it's just a common baby rash and it start to go away. Until that point put a unscented hypoallergenic lotion or cream on her and keep her out of sun.

How old is the baby? My son had baby acne during his first month or so. Harmless and goes away on its own.

I can't remember what they are called but that is really common, so I've heard. Otherwise, if they just get it after being in the heat it could be heat rash.

they are'white heads'(like black heads), start around 3 weeks, last up to 4 months, caused by blocked oil glands in the pores on babies face, especially cheeks, forehead, etc...caused by mom's hormones overflowing to baby..nothing to worry about..expose to air, and know :this too will pass!
