I've only had it as a breakfast casserole.
Spray 9X 13 " pan with cooking spray.
Place tater tots in pan one layer deep.
Mix 9 eggs and 1 Cup sour cream together
Pour over the tots
Sprinkle with bacon pieces or chopped ham-(breakfast meat of choice)
Bake at 350 degres until the eggs are set/firm
Serve warm

1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
4 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 (19 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (32 ounce) package frozen potato rounds

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray 9x13 glass baking dish with cooking spray.
Spread hamburger into bottom of pan, covering entire bottom, gently tamping beef down. Sprinkle with diced onions. Layer frozen veggies as next layer. Cover with the soup, straight from the can, carefully spreading with spatula to cover entirely.
Layer tater tots on top, covering entire top with tots. Bake at 375 degrees F for 1 hour, or until hamburger is done. Check after 30 minutes; if tots are getting too brown, turn down to 350 degrees F.

ator Tot Casserole

Bag of tator tots (frozen)

1 pound hamburger

1 can cream of (mushroom, celery or chicken)soup

1-2 cans of cheddar cheese soup

1 can of corn (drained)

Cook hamburger and drain grease. Mix hamburger, cream of celery(mushroom or chicken) soup, and can of corn together in a baking pan. Use a 9x13 size pan and cover evenly with the mixture. Top with frozen tator tots, using only what you need to cover. Spread the cheddar cheese soup onto the top. One can is enough but two can be used if so desired. Bake 350 until heated through and cheese is slightly browned. Enjoy. Makes good leftovers.

Note: Don't follow the directions on the soup can, use the soup while still condensed.
Other vegetables can be used instead of the corn - use whatever you want!
