As an ex-smoker I will tell you that she won't have any problem, with you being a non smoker.
She might be even happy to date someone that doesn't smoke, because in the event she wants to quit, it will be easier if she is with a non smoker.
You seem to be fascinated by the smoking issue, why don't you just ask her why she smokes...what she feels...
Believe me smokers like it when non smokers are curious and ask those questions.

I doubt she will turn you down because you don't smoke. Just let her know you don't have a problem with smoking and don't make her feel uncomfortable about it.

Don't date people you work with it SUCKS! I know it sounds like fun, but when s*^t goes down it really sucks. Trust me on this one. As far as the smoking thing goes suck it up you are a man right? Act like one!

offer her a smoke from a pack of cigarettes, and say u hardly smoke, and when she does smoke tell her how elegant she looks .good luck,

Ask her out anyway I went out with a guy who smoked and it was fine as long as she brushes her teeth or has a mint before your date than you will be fine.Go for it ask her out.
