Hi - it could be the Chalaza:
Ropey strands of egg white which anchor the yolk in place in the center of the thick white. They are neither imperfections nor beginning embryos.

The more prominent the chalazae, the fresher the egg. Chalazae do not interfere with the cooking or beating of the white and need not be removed, although some cooks like to strain them from stirred custard.

Don't try to boil it away, just eat it! :)

I commonly do 8-10 minutes. I ought to upload which you need to positioned the eggs interior the water and then convey it to a boil. this could look like elementary experience yet i understand people who've dropped eggs into boiling water and puzzled why their eggs have been exploding. So. Yeah.

The only time I have experienced liquid inside a hard boiled egg is when I did not cook it long enough.
That is the only thing I can think of.

It usually takes about 30 minutes at a good boil to cook eggs all the way. Than you should take them out and rinse in cool water, this not only saves you from burning your hands while trying to peel them, it makes it easier to peel them as well.
