If you know your Sisters Social Security number, you can write the IRS and get an address from her W2's.
If you don't have her SS#, try Switchboard.com and see if you can get a phone number from them.
The only other thing I can think of is to try the banks and see if there is a depositor with her name.

Contact a private eye. If she is not "a missing person" you may want to do a search on the adults she lives with. Google them or go to yellowpages.com

You might want to try looking for her on the internet or ask your parents or she might of moved who knows but keep trying and you'll find her someday but all you can do is try
