Who all has a good scripture on honoring the military??

Question

If anyone hasn't heard, there is a Church and it goes to all the military funerals and will stand there and protest. I wrote a poem and I would like to find some scriptures that prove my veiw. Is it just me or are these people a little off in the letf feild?? They say that the reason the men die is because of judgement for the gays in the US. My poems is at www.jade-poems.blogspot.com.

You will not change the minds of the Westboro Baptist "Church". They are truly venemous, and thrive on the attention that other people pay them.

If you really want to be of use at these funerals, consider an "angel brigade" or something similar to block people's view of the protesters. I think that a bikers group or musicians or somebody also plays certain sounds to drown out the protesters when they get too loud.

i don't have a scripture, sorry but i did want to tell you i read your poems, i really enjoyed "all i want is soap." i thought it was funny but soo true. lol anyway, i think these protesters are a lot more than left fielders, i think they are a**holes who should rot in hell if you wanna know the truth. my husband is deployed right now and i support him and all the rest of our troops through it all. if i ever saw that woman, shirley on the street.....id' hurt her and feel good about it. i think she is a shameful excuse for a human being.

There isn't, but it's pretty obvious that what they're doing isn't love for the brethren. "By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, that ye love one another."
