I add melted chocolate or chocolate syrup, melted peanut butter, and sometimes coffee or milk poured over the top. Of course, the flavor makes a difference, as I don't add peanut butter to pistachio, for example. :)

totally depends on my mood. My mom makes home made chocolate fudge with spanish peanuts, I like fresh berries (strawberries and blackberries) peaches and also sauteed bananas...OMG they are fantastic

3-4 pats of butter
3 bananas sliced
apple pie spice or cinnamon
honey

melt the butter in a small saute pan and add sliced bananas. I always make extra because these are good any time and we can't get enough. I never have leftovers!

sprinkle on the cinnamon or apple pie spice (to taste)
drizzle the honey over the mixture and mix together.

I like to cook this on low for a while, until it's pretty well cooked and put over my icecream. If I'm making it for breakfast or a fruit for dinner, I don't cook them as long. Instead of honey you can add brown sugar. These are also good on skewers and put on the grill.
