It's summer time - if you have a fenced yard, let him be outside, just give him plenty of water and food, and make sure there is a spot somewhere he can seek shade. See if you have any neighborhood kids that you would trust enough to walk your dog daily, a few bucks could go a long way. Even if you have them walk the dog after you have come home from work, but are busy preparing dinner and doing those daily chores that keep you from being able to. That is what I do. The boy across the street sees my car roll in, and he comes over and gets my Sampson and will walk him for about an hour, and he gets $3 and every one is happy.

If you have a yard, keep him in it so he can at lest play and move around. If you dont have a yard and you both work alot and find yourselves away for long periods of time than maybe its time to consider finding fido a new home with a family who has lots of time to play, and get yourself some fish. Im not trying to be mean but dogs are not meant to stay in confined spaces with little to no interaction. I wouldnt want a life like that, I get bored after just an hour without something to do.

You can hire a neighbors kid to walk him or like where I live there is a doggie daycare. I used to take my dog one a week. He had a blast. Then I got him a cat and he plays all day with the cat then I come home and he plays all night. I walk him before I leave in the morning and right when I get home.

One option is to call a friend to walk your dog. If you can't find a friend to walk it, you can hire someone for a small price, like 1 or 2 dollars an hour. Another option is to build a fenced in area for it and let it run around by itself.

Hire a dog walker. They're usually pretty cheap, responsible and your dog gets the exercise he needs to say healthy. You could probably even hire a neighborhood kid!

I kinda understand the place your coming from. My husband works nights 12am-8am and has days off durring the week... I artwork 9am-5pm and characteristic weekends off. feels like we live seperate lives at times... yet we do love one yet another lots and attempt to spend as lots time as a threat together. We needless to say get it slow together someplace, we are looking forward to toddler #2! perhaps, in case you desire young toddlers, you need to communicate approximately getting preg. which will keep you greater beneficial than busy! hehe. and then whilst the toddler gets right here, you would be busy too!! reliable luck!
