once respect is lost in a relationship their is no way to gain it back. Respect is earned not given If a situation caused yourboyfriend to lose respect chances are you will never gain it back. check you prospects and keep it moving. maybe later in life you might get together again but don't make the same mistakes with the next one. live life and learn as you go.

what did you do do lose his respect in the first place? If it wasnt too bad, like go out with a whole bunch of guy friends and your bf gets really jealous, then reassurance is all you need.
However, if you cheated on him then there is no way you can gain back that respect.
