Go to the pharmacy & get melatonin-It naturally occurs in your body but you can take a pill to help release it.
But before you do that-have you tried working out? That is really good for stress-please try other remedies before finding a chemical one! Too many people are hooked on non-organic chemicals in this country!

don't take pills...it'l result in an addiction. go to a doc. get urself completely checked and try doing some yoga and meditation....or strt playing some sports like volleyball, basketball, tennis etc. swimming also helps.
when ur stressed somtimes ur mind refuses to relax....so healthy physical work....will demand sleep and tht might help.
but don't overdo it....consult a doc before u decide upon anything

you could become addicted to sleeping tablets so i wouldnt advise it. best bet is to try and really wear yourself out during the day otherwise id say you have to face your fears deal with the stress head on and when its all over you will sleep soundly again

You don't need drugs, you just need to get off the Internet and play outside. Tire yourself out. Healthy eating and not eating late will work as well.

do not use drugs for a cure. try working out and using your energy up during the day everybody that i know that does physical labor all day does not have a problem sleeping
