Software titled Chaperone will do this for a reasonable cost.
It's not a substitute to parental supervision, but it does the job nicely when duties prevent that.

Yes, its call Parental Control, it's a software that allows Teen websites and blocks access to messenger email that not allowd by princal account holder's email (Parent). this is usually provided free by your ISP provider, set amout of time and specify usage
