If that were to happen, survivors would, in the short-term, make due with floating ship-islands. In the long term, perhaps people would evolve and adapt to a marine existence. After all, we came out of the sea, at some point, so I imagine we could go back. Might take a few millions years though, and with humanity only some 30,000 years old, there's no indication yet that we'll be a species with that kind of longevity. Maybe, though! :) Hey... wasn't there a bad movie with this premise? ;)

Well, that's a long, long way off... But, when (or should I say if) all land on Earth is submerged in water, we will either have technology to deal with it, get in boats and float, or drown.
