Many people use religion as a crutch. When they don't understand something they simply explain it away as part of God's divine plan or will. Instead of thinking logically about a situation and offering their opinion they spout some crap they heard a preacher say one time, or trot out some tired old quote from the Bible.

Are you asking hypothetical religion questions in the religion and spirituality section? That would get you personalized religious answers every time.
Also, I don't think the average person is good with hypotheticals. They live in small worlds and can only fathom what they've experienced or been told. Free-thinking is out. Lemming-mind is in.

You ask a question Hypothetical or not, I will answer according to my faith as I feel it fits. If it is "What would a sunflower look like under a green sky." I would not bring religion into it because it's not applicable.

because those who keep on with and trust of their God/s will be inquisitive about their faith and favor to study extra about it to more advantageous understand what they're putting all of their trust, and infrequently destiny, in. once you've a difficulty with it, get off Yahoo solutions. It become made for all questions, convinced, yet I truly doubt it become made for persons to call a persons' faith "dumb". i'm no longer religious, yet I note of each faith obtainable and am no so immature as to call something i do not do yet somebody else does do dumb on the muse that they are diverse to me.

look at the section you are in (religion and spirituality) that might give a clue as to why people are throwing Bible verses and such around. if you want to post and have no one answer, then might I suggest posting on a site that you make and then don't give anyone the address.
