I like the standard mayo, mustard, ketchup... sometimes cheese lettuce and onion... definitely toasted buns
but if you can get a burger on garlic bread with some ranch, it's pretty tasty

One burger I like to make is a Greek burger. I add chopped feta, kalamata olives, fresh oregano and minced garlic to the burger meat.
Another good one is to add minced chipotle chilies in adobe, red onion and chunks of cheddar cheese.

ranch or bbq sauce, and then fires or onion rings and once i was dared to put a whole jar of pepperchinis on a burger and eat the whole thing and every single pepper....$100 baby i did it

At Red Robin Restaurant, you can get an egg put on your burger. I've never had it, but sounds interesting.

I've heard of people mixing an egg with the burger so it wont fall apart on the grill as easily (amateur)!

I love sliced green olives & blue cheese once in awhile. Don't know how crazy that is, but definitely different.

I have added teriyaki sauce and a slice of pinapple. It taste really good. Yum!
