Why should we be mean to one another, or not show love and respect for each other?????

God made everyone. God does everything good, therefore what he creates is good. Jesus died to save everyone, no exceptions. He asks us to learn to forgive and show mercy to one another, no matter what anyone may have done. In doing this, we come closer to one another. People who come closer to one another come closer to Christ (God).

Jesus was perceived as a threat to the authority of Jewish law, for his working on the sabbath, his reputation for performing miracles, and for challenging the established practices among the congregants. For these "crimes," Jesus was crucified by the Italians because Herod passed the buck to Pontius Pilate, and the mob redeemed Barrabas instead of Jesus when given the choice.

There is no reason to be mean and withold love and respect for each other.

The death of Jesus is a non-sequiter in the matter of human decency and kindness.

Yes, Jesus was crucified for all our sins. We are borned sinners because of what our ancestors did, but Jesus paid for what we did. He died on the cross for us so that we can be once again be with our father when it is time for us to go.

When God made us, he gave us free will, which means we are free to choose what we want, and unfortunately for some people on Earth, they choose to not accept what Jesus has done for us. Jesus gave the ultimate price for our sins which was death, but it is still up to us to be nice to each other, and to show love and respect. We need to be more like Christ and live to be more like Him. Yes, we need to be nice to each other, but unfortunately, living in a world full of sinners made it that much more harder for some to do that.

Also the idea of original sin means every one is a sinner so Christians tend to look for other people's faults and look down upon creation so that's why there is a lack of love and respect.

It's a wonderful desire (to have the world love & respect each other),
but that just IS NOT gonna happen...We have too many things that divide us - race, colour, religious differences,wealth/poverty,old/young,etc...An analogy-
(attributed to Dennis Leary,I think) : We as a country (USA) can't
get a group of people to agree & unite on one subject, but in Britian
people will riot on a blown soccer call...go fig.

Yes, Jesus died for all of our sins. But, Satan is still working in the world which causes people to be tempted. That's why people are still mean and disrespectful to each other.

The Lord knew that none of us would be perfect, and that we would all sin, so he sacrificed his only Son for our sins.

because people are blind to the fact that Jesus died for OUR sins not just a few people. God loves all of his children if he didn't why would he send his only son to earth to live and die for us. Personally I think everyone needs to go to church and learn more about God and get closer to the Lord and realize they are a lost soul without his gift of love.

JESUS died the DEATH of a SINNER. HE took on all of our SIN's so HE could get into HELL , LEGALLY, and get back (AUTHORITY) what Adam opened up for Satan to use against us.

WE can be forgiven of our sin's.
But, we cannot RECREATE our Spiritman (change Gods, from satan back to the CREATOR, JESUS).
It take's the HOLY SPIRIT to RECREATE the REAL YOU (a Human Spiritman, living in a Human Body), it's called being Born-Again or SAVED.!!!!

The HOLY SPIRIT is a GENTLEMAN, HE will not FORCE you to do anything, not even getting SAVED.
The HOLY SPIRIT has to have YOUR PERMISSION (Free-Will) to Come into Your Heart and Save YOU!!!! (Recreate you, a Spiritman).

Getting your SIN's Forgiven, is SECONDARY!!!
Getting your Spiritman (real you) RECREATED, is PRIMARY!!!!!
JESUS will HELP you come out of the SIN's(being Mean to People, Anger, Lust etc.) after your Born-Again, if you want to (Free-Will)!!!! Ditto!!!!!!!

we shouldn't as Christians we should strive daily to be more like God. we all go thru things no matter what we believe or even if we don't believe in anything at all but nothing gives us the right to take it out on others.
If am having a really bad day I stay away from the net that way my mood won't affect others.
