I'm a 22 yr old guy.I've got shoulder length hair.I recently rebonded my hair Straight. Its been almost four months now.I'm fed up of this Super Straight Hair Look.Noe I'm really missing my natural waves and Curls in my Hair.So My question is;Can Straightened hair be reverted back to their natural form??? Is there any special kind of treatment that I must undergo??
I also had this weird Idea... Chemical straightening actually breaks the bonds in your hair right? And the effects of chemical straighteners only last for a month or so. So if I chemically straighten,& after about a month ..when the effects start to fade...will my natural bonds set back in the hair?? Or will my current 'straight' bonds come back???? I really need some help.

And Is 'rebonding wave' a solution to my problem?? I've also heard about hair curling (perming I guess).I dont want my hair to be too curly either.i just want it to be naturally wavy.Any suggestions??

"Re-Bonded" means permed. You have had a perm solution used to straighten your hair. "Perm" is short in the hair industry for permanent. Some people get a perm and it falls out in just a few weeks....others are stuck with it until it grows off. If you want your natural hair back you are going to have to Cut off and start again. Once you remove your Natural curl there is no way to get it back. You can go and have a perm put in that will or may be close to your natural curl but it will not be the same.

Oh honey, I feel ya, once in the 5th grade I got a perm to my naturally straight beautiful waist length smooth as glass hair. It's never been the same since. Stupid Madonna with her perms and big coney bras and baaaaaaaaaaaaaaad influences. Yeah but anyways, so I would be really careful doing a home treatment or going back to the salon, because more chemicals=more damage. And you could end up with bad frizzy damaged hair instead of hair you just don't like. Just a word to the wise. At least make sure you go back to a professional because they will know EXACTLY what you need. Best of luck to you and your hair!

Well I do not suppose it is going to take it away for ever it must come again as you hair grows, however it could make the curls or waves a little bit much less curly and wavy and I'm announcing this in view that my hair was once terrific curly and while I began to straighten my hair the curls kinda were not as curly however they're nonetheless there so do not fear they wont disappear

rebonding will fade away. it takes time.
but if you want it done right now, go back to the salon where you had your rebonding done.
they have chemicals to reverse it, but it will severely damage your hair.

good luck.

Yes, you have to get a kit from the beauty supply store and follow directions from there. From a cosmetologist.

you have to grow them back and then cut the perm off. ;-)
