how can i make my hair grow faster are there vitamins i can take or any foods i can eat to help it grow?

take vitamen e ..and eat food tht has a high protein content..eg-milk,eggs,etc...

Tail and mane shampoo... try it, not only will it make your hair grow faster it will thicken it too

go to a hair place they have pills u take for hair growth/ pills that u open and that have stuff 2 put in ur hair

massage your scalp and get dead/split ends cut off. If you don't they just break off and hair doesn't grow.
