This woman from Louisiana told me this recipe and it is sooo good!
fill a large pot 1/2 way with water
add 1 chopped onion, 2 garlic cloves a bottle of beer, yes beer and a 1/2 container of your favorite BBQ sauce (or make your own if you know how)
then simmer the ribs in this mixture for about 4-5 hours, take out, slather with BBQ sauce and put on grill just to brown the outside.. I NEVER had ribs that tasted better.. you have to try it!

I just put baby back ribs in a metal pan and sprinkle with Tony Chachere's creole seasoning but you can use whatever you like to add flavor. Also mince about 4 or 5 cloves of garlic and sprinkle over ribs. Then cover pan with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 300 degrees for 2-3 hours. They will fall off of the bone!! Then I take out of the oven and scrape garlic off or ribs and i pour Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce on ribs and either grill or bake for a few minutes not too long or they will dry out. Do not add water to pan because ribs will make own juice when cooking. My family loves these!

The gas grill might work good or do you have a bbq? BBQ would be the best. Marinate them in a great sauce for a few hours that helps loosen up the meat and make it more tender before cooking. Then cook it on low and slow :) I just did these the other night and the meat just fell right off the bone it was deliscious.

Marinade the ribs overnight in the fridge (a good mixture is 1/3 A1 sauce & 2/3 Worchester sauce). Bar-B-Que them on low heat and make sure not to overcook. It's always nice to have one of those forks with the thermometer in them. Cooking them in the oven in a pyrex dish covered with foil works good too. Just make sure you cook at low heat for a longer period of time. It will keep the meat from drying out.

place about 1 to 2 inches of water in the crockpot, and put the ribs in there on low or medium heat for atleast 4 hours.
