sinus headache, fever, coughing...........and I hate taking Psuedophedrine

Alka Seltzer cold or allergy in the capsule form. If you are wanting to sleep it will knock your azz out but if you are working they also have a non-drowsy formula as well.

Just treat the symptoms. Tylenol for your fever. Try saline nose solution for your sinus headach and coughing. You probably have a nasal drip. Just drink plenty of fluids and rest.

Try ZICAM swabs or nasal spray to fight colds. For best results, use at the first sign of a cold. It works where colds develop; right in the nasal passagers. Available off the shelf at drug stores. Good luck.

It is simple in my opinion. Prevention is the best med. Wash your hands as frequently as possible.

NyQuil works wonders. Just avoid the green death and get the cherry kind.

Robitussin DM is the best for daytime use. (make sure it has the D.M. after it).


At night, nyquil is probably the best.

okay...the cold is a VIRUS! you have ot fight it off on your own. only with bacterial infections do you need ot get antibiotics.
