How can i lose 5 pounds in 3 days ? FAST!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!h

Who cares your 11 years old but if you want to stay healthy then jsut exercise and eat right stop worring about your weight so much. It not how much you weigh on the inside its what you look like on the outside people cant see your weight.

Hiya. There has been a lot of sensible stuff said in many of the answers you've received. You are 11 years old for goodness sake. Something nobody has suggested yet is that might be a good idea to throw your scales away. What's 5 pounds? If you picked up a package weighing 5 pounds, would you know?
It's all about how you feel about yourself.
5 pounds may mean nothing in measurements anyway. eg. waist, thighs etc. Maybe if you said why , you could get better help.
Lighten up my friend. You're a child. Don't wish it away.

Dangerous. To be an adult and try to lose 5 pounds in three days is very hard. But to be 11 years old is not healthy. You are still growing and you need to continue to eat balance meals. Don't worry the 5 pounds will go away soon enough.

It's possible, but keep in mind that you won't be able to keep it off. The faster the weight loss, the faster the weight will come back. I think if you want to lose five pounds exercise as much as you can, and cut out fast food for the next month. I lost 12 pounds in three weeks that way and it's staying off quite well.

You are too young to be trying to loose weight, but dring plenty of water. about 8 cups a day, it will fill you up, so you dont want to eat as much. But remember to not go on a crash diet, thoes are the most unhealthy things you can do for you body. Also you can find a list of negative calorie foods, which are foods in which you burn more than the actual food has. for inistance if you eat celeary you will burn more calories! Also try Dance Dance Revolution, its the best game ever, and it burns a lot of calroies! you should also tell you mom that you are trying to lose this weight and talk to your doctor about a healthy weight for you and what a good diet would be.

You said you are 11 years old? you might not like the answer but you dont need to worry about 5 pounds at your age, but if you go out and stay active you shouldnt gain too much weight, remember your body is growing and you shouldnt try to stop it, but paying attention to what you eat now and staying away from junk foods now will definitely help you in the future. At 11 years old you should not be worrying about losing 5 lbs.
Especially in 3 days. It's not healthy.
If you were like 30 lb. or more overweight you'd have reason to be concerned. Just go enjoy who you are.
You are perfect just like you are because God doesn't make junk.

I agree with the respondants who said that at age 11, you should NOT be worrying about your weight loss so very much. Definitely, do not do as "Keep up w. this" suggested, that is, do not stop your water intake, especially in very hot weather or when doing much physical or even mental activity.
Consult with your school nurse and family physician. Talk with your family; they can and should be the best first support group for you, just as you could be a source of inspiration for them, even as you alert them that you are concerned about your weight and health in general.

This is very unhealthy but water loss is the only way. Sweat it all out and don't drink it all back in. It's called cutting weight and it's only good for very short times. If you do it longer then this you may go into shock. Otherwise, stick to the healthy diet exercise programs that were taught in junior high.

i have been trying to loose 5 pounds for 2 weeks now. i havent lost a pound. dont eat... if its for a special occasion, fast until that date. the weight WILL come back tho.
