Say hello, ask him to get a cup of coffee and catch up on current events in both of your lives. If he comments that he hasnt heard from you in a while, be honest in what you have been up to.

call him and just be yourself, ask some normal questions like, " havent talked to you in a while, thought we could catch up on things"

Call him and pretend you are calling one of your friends and then when you say hello, I bet he will say hello too and then if you think it's him, say may i speak to ( one of your friends name) then he willl say wrong number. Then you say, ooppss. Then you just star saying things to him.

call him! or text him if you feel shy, tell him you have been feeling awkward and that you were worried that you left it too soon, he likes you too so why you worrying, good luck, just do it,
