I'm sorry, but I need more info. Who is the manufacturer? There is no listing anywhere for a BTCF50 fax machine. Do you have the model number correct?

I'm not sure if it's a canon or not but that's the nearest thing I could find to the model number you quoted. Here is a website for Canon where you can email a question.
