If you are with a person and you don't know what to talk about then you shouldn't be with that person. When your with the right person then that stuff should come naturally. So maybe you may need to just be friends.

You really shouldn't have to think about this. You and him should really have a chemistry so that the conversation should just naturally flow but here on some things you can talk about (but only if you have an interest in these things as well because then it will seem forced): What you did that day, Sports (World Cup, Baseball...these are on what's on now), TV shows, and basically anything you would talk to your friends about (except boys and menstrual cycles).
