He has overcome many obstacales in his life he used to be a troubled kid he served time in prison now he has cleaned up his life. Hes now getting married and is a very responsible person. What do i say i need a great first line HELP :)

I think what you just said is great. Speak from your heart and tell him and his new wife how happy you are for them. tell him how proud of him you are.
A nice opening statement would be along the lines of saying how honored you are for speaking at their wedding and how much you love the two of them. Thank them etc.
The best speach you can give in a situation like this is one that comes from your heart, your emotions and feelings, and your experiences with him. This speach will make him happier than anything any of us on here can tell you would be nice to say.
Good luck and congrats to your brother on his marriage and having the courage and strength to turn his life around.
