Everyone has a "six pack" under their fat, you just need to get your body fat low enough to be able to see them! Abs are made in the kitchen, meaning it's all in the diet. You don't have to go crazy with the crunches and whatnot to get beautiful abs. A good ab routine 2-3 times per week and a clean diet (low fat & good carbs) will help the abs come to life. Men should get their body fat below 10% and Women below 20% to see great muscle definition. Also, your diet should include very little or no alcohol. Alcohol wreeks havoc on abs.

It usualy take about two weeks for beer to brew to its full strength. If you realy want a "solid six-pack" let it ferment for 1 additional week.
