If you cannot get that 3rd feed time in (lunch) will he be ok w/ just morning and evening? He hardly eats in the morning, though... so that worries me a little. (10 week old shih tzu/german shorthair mix)

he should be fine with two feedings, and if you are worried, leave him 1/4 - 1/2 cup of food for him to much on during the day while you are gone.

He should be fine. But if you're concerned that he's getting hungry in the middle of the day, try leaving extra dry food in the morning so he can nibble whenever he wishes. Just make sure he has plenty of water. That's what I did with my pets when I worked outside the home.

I just got an aussie mini and i feed him 1/2 cup in the am and 1/2 cup in the evenings and he is doing fine. he is crated all day and i make sure that he gets lots of fresh water in his crate and lots of walks and play time in the am and pm when i get home from work.

As long as he's not very tiny(2 lbs or under) you should be fine with feeding 2 times a day

TEN WEEKS???? the dog shouldn't only eat 2 times a day!! you can get someone else to feed your dog for the 3rd time. take her to the vet. or try taking her to dog daycare. good luck
