Well he may like you evidently because he called. But he is probably living with someone else or in a relationship with someone. Therefore he doesn't want you to have his number and call him back a the wrong times. Sweetie your wasting your time. If a man feels as though he can't share something as simple as his number with you then you should already know something is up from the start. Move on you deserve better.
