Yes. Wash and dry individual leaves, place in a single layer on a tray, cover with clingfilm and freeze until solid. Transfer to small plastic bags or containers and return to the freezer where they’ll keep for several months.

This is great with kebabs, or even as an unusual salad dressing. If you've still got lots of leaves, I would make up a double batch. Also good on wraps with leftover roast chicken. Mint Yoghurt Raita: 1 cup plain yoghurt 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, finely chopped salt and pepper to season

I just asked my mother about your question since she cooks a lot. We use mint all the time and you can freeze it. The leaves obviously will not be as crisp but they will hold their flavor. If you like you can blend them up and make a chutney sort of thing. That is what we usually do. It's easy to store and adds a great flavor to meats and other dishes.

in a little brown lunch bag but wrap them up in a dry paper towel then put them in a brown paper bag they last for quiet a while.
