Well if your good looks are going to go away it tells me that you no longer need to care about how you look. You need to constantly be aware of how you look.
If your going to be with me you need to look good when we are out in public because your appearance is a reflection on me.
They like you as a friend because you are friendly but not up to their standards of what a companion should look like, or act like.

There are some good guys out there that can see the real you inside. You just make sure you are available and catch him when he walks past. Make the inside you really pretty and then people will flock around you, but you know they will be genuine.
