animal control...or ASPCA if you have one in the area.....ask for a cat trap, and when one is caught, call them to remove the animal. Do not wait for animal control to come back on their own, it my be to late bor the cat by then....(most stray cats are not social, so some my be put to sleep).

Most communities have local cat rescue societies. They often will trap, spay/neuter and release to cut down on the stray cat population. Unfortunately most of the cats are too feral to be adopted. Try calling a cat rescue to pick them up. Depending on their health some of them may get adopted once they're rescued and cared for. But make sure if you call animal control that they are a NO KILL animal shelter.
