Sure, I've a few of them. Mostly it was because of the lack of sex, and because there wasn't much opportunity for self relief. One time I had one on an airplane, the woman in the dream was one of the flight attendants. Another was a woman with a great body, she really didn't have a face. I personally think that it is healthy to have wet dreams.
