My first husband did NOT french kiss - and I mean never. No matter how many times I tried to initiate, no matter that I explained to him that that was how I loved being kissed, etc. He just didnt' like it & wasn't going to do it.

no its not odd or strange it means hes not a man hoe who kisses you then gets u in bed.

Context is very important, personally i don't do it in public, but alone .... that's a whole different issue. if he doesn't like it at all, maybe he is not all that into you.
