A Q-tip. She loves them, and knows where they are kept. She will go to the door and literally beg for one. She carries them in her mouth, like a dog with a bone. She will bat at them until she snags the cotton part with her claw and then shake it loose, flinging it around the room. She'll run and jump to try to catch it before it lands, then the fun begins all over again.
Be careful that the cat doesn't eat too much of the Q-tip cotton part, it could contribute to furball like tummy upset. Also, I only buy the ones with plastic "sticks" in the middle. Again, because the cat might try to eat the middle of the ones on a paper "stick."
Have fun trying out all the new ideas on your little one!

Our kittens LOVE the teasers...have broken like 4 of them already and it has only been 2 months!! One of our kittens trots around with the remains of the toy (typically, the fuzzy thing at the bottom and part of the string) acting like she's Queen Kitty or something...it's really cute.

They also love milk rings...whether it is the kind that stay in the shape of the ring or the kind that you pull apart to get into the milk...our other kitten trots around with that and is just as happy as could be!

I spent lots of money on the new in toys for cats, but the thing she loves the most are the cheap catnip-filled mice,/ or the inside of a paper bag filled with catnip.

"Da Byrd".

It is as feather toy on the end of a plastic fishing-pole type thing. One of them also likes chasing the lights reflected off mirrors---it gets her bouncing off the walls!

A cardboard box, any will do. She'll find a cardboard box and sit in it like she's queen of something and stay there all day
