Whats your reflex try dropping a ruler with one hand and try and catch it with your other hand and see what number it gose to Mine are usually about 2-5cm

To test your reflexes accuratley you will have to change your test. If you are going to be the person who lets go of the ruler and catches it you will know the exact point at which to close one hand while opening the other. What you need to do is get someone else to release the ruler and see where you catch it.

I'm such a loser, I know, but i sat there for 4 minutes with a ruler on over the table and the closest I got was .6 cm. My finger tips were barely on the ruler , but the highest tick mark I could see was 6 mm.
