You put it on things you don't want your animal(usually puppy) to bite on. It smells really bad to them, so they won't want to bite anything that has it on it. If they do, they have a really bad taste in their mouth, and probably won't want to bite it again. If this doesn't help, you can take a cotton swab and get it wet with the grannick's bitter apple spray, put it in your dogs mouth, and then when they smell something with it on it, they won't want to even touch it!

I woulda merely peeled an orange or lemon and left the peel scattered in that section or made my own lemon juice spray into an old squirty bottle - high quality scent and virtually unfastened. Cats hate citrus. besides, your kitten is now a cat - she may be aiming slightly larger on your tree lol. Can yet attempt, little bit of a waste of funds for my section. The bitter apple did end my canines chewing the skirting boards, yet then she became teething so it stopped as quickly as she have been given her grownup tooth

For certain things it works well. Most dogs hate the stuff.
If you show the bottle to my dobe he will shake his haed and faom atthe mouth from looking at the bottle. He knows what it is and what it does. He hates it.
He pulled my curtains down when hw was a puppy and I sprayed the curtains and putthem in his mouth. That stopped it right then He never touched them again.

It does wonders, but you basically have to keep it in your hand 24/7! My Cavalier King Charles kept biting his leash, collar, and the corners of the sofa. I literally had to keep spraying nonstop because if the area wasn't dripping wet, he'd keep doing it! But once you get the spot really wet, it works really good!!
