"Kokoro kara ai sUru" - To love someone with all your heart.
or - To love some one deeply from the depth of your heart.

"Anata oh kokorokara aishite masu" - I love you deeply from the bottom of my heart.

I think you mean "suru" and not "saru". Saru is a plate/monkey.

And I would translate it as "I love you with all my heart" because "ai suru" would be "to love in the most romantic way possible" and "kokoro" is the heart.
Although "kara" is more of a "from" meaning, "I love you from all my heart" doesn't sound as nice.

That sentence means "from heart to heart." Kokoro means heart.

uhmm.. I dont know for sure, but

kororo = mind/spirit

kara = from

ai = love

suru = to do

so.. loving from the spirit? something like that? I've only been in japanese for a year though so I could be wrong xD
