I guess you are asking about becoming a "British Citizen", right? If so, you qualify for UK Naturalization if:

1- you are over 18
2- you speak English
3- you intend to live in the UK or
4- have lived in the UK for 5 years with limited occasions when you have been away (Not more than 450 days in the 5 years and 90 days away in the last 12 months.)
5- are not in breach of any immigration rules

Hello,

If you aren't in the Uk, you have to apply it depends what nationality or stay you want.

a student, visiot, work permit or a residence.

you have to live here in a couple of years and apply with evidence of why you want to stay in the Uk.

Try phoning the Home office for advice, or check their website.

Take care

I think you will need to live in the country for at least 6 yrs or so and then you could get a citizenship.
