You need to make a variety of dishes, people like all different foods, To start with make a menu, then ask your customers what they would like added in future, then you will get a rough idea what to sell, If it is a salad menu then make it varied and remember presentation is everything, also a smile can sell food.

Oooooooohhhh.....love steak. But also like polish, german, mexican & italian food. Like American type food, too like pot roast, turkey & gravy, fried chicken. Here in Milwaukee fish frys are HUGE on Friday nights. Love those, too.......especially with potato pancakes...Mmm getting hungry!

anything that has king prawns in it.
very very spicy food is delcious.
i also love any pasties.
chicken tandoori with hot mint sauce.
am not fussy eater at all. i eat and try anything.
barbeque chicken wings.
am getting so hungry now
